Protein Powder Recipes
I love creating recipes that are healthy and at the same time give me the feeling that I am eating something naughty. My favorite ingredient is protein powder since it cooks up so nicely in baked goods and as an added bonus I can enjoy a delicious dessert that also contributes to my daily protein needs. Because of my soy allergy and my lactose intolerance, all of my recipes are soy and dairy free!
