My biggest tip is DEFINITELY plan ahead!!! You’re so right! I always bring lunch with me when I am on the go because I A – do not feel like BUYING LUNCH & B – know that fast food is terrible… I have never had it before in my life! Honestly, my fast food is stopping in at a grocery store and picking up some sliced turkey or something, ha ha ah!!! But I even plan for those stops too!
I am glad you got through your 21 sugar-free cycle. I hope you KEEP IT UP! It’s so good for you! If you can believe it, I have been completely sugar free for 10 years!!! GiGi Eats Celebrities recently posted..Worth The Brain Freeze
In getting ready for fitness competitions…I know all about clearing out the sugars…and stevia. That being said, I felt great throughout my prep and I loved how creative I got with my recipes I love sugar but I also love feeling good too!
In the end (remove the prep component), it’s about finding a happy medium when it comes to healthy living. Kierston recently posted..Juggling…
Woohoooo!! I LOVED looking at your pictures. You’re right — those breakfasts were all so creative and enticing! Congrats on the weight loss and willpower. Feeling good DOES make it worth it in the end. I like your tips. They’ll help me next time Meredith @ DareYouTo recently posted..Friday Features
