I would buy seafood – shrimp, salmon, scallops and more!!!!! I love Whole Foods scallops they are not treated with STP (solution of water and sodium tripolyphosphate), which makes them wet and soapy tasting, 99% are treated with STP. Chefs know to use non-stp seafood. If you have not tried Whole Foods shrimp, check them out!!! They are firm and delicious, not squishy and limpl The salmon is bright and so fresh, you can hear the waves crashing in the back. I’m getting hungry writing this, I hope I win.
