Love the coconut flour pancake recipe! I might have to try this one out! Sounds amazing with the chocolate chips mixed in!

Its such an easy recipe! It’s great with the Enjoy Life chocolate chips!
We went off the rails eating wise this weekend (fall break, dinner for anniversary, fudge at the pumpkin patch, etc).
The husband and I decided to commit to a month of sugar (even natural sweetener) free eating starting today until Thanksgiving (today is the 22nd and Thanksgiving is the 22nd).
We’ll lose a few pounds, feel great, and when it is time to indulge for a holiday meal we won’t be fighting some nasty Halloween candy hangover.
