Love the Vlog idea! My goals for the month are to clean up my eats this month and practice a little more portion control than I have been! I also want get back into a consistent schedule of crossfitting and volume training my pull ups! danielle @ clean food creative fitness recently posted..Marvelous in My Monday

Thank you for the inspiration. I will make it my goal to work out 3 times during my upcoming week-long vacation. These will be quick, intense cardio sessions that don’t take very long. I found some great free workouts on YouTube that anyone can do at home. I am also obsessed with banana anything lately, so I can’t wait to start making my own healthy treats. You’re 110% adorable on camera. Just be yourself- we are all benefiting from your posts. Keep up the Vlogging Chica!
