I love the idea of vlogtober! I really want to start doing vlogs, but I feel so silly talking to the camera and hate watching myself after. I need to get over it though! Awesome goals for the week.

Love this! I am so intimidated by vlogging. I am not a talker, but found when I did the August vlog challenge, I was able to speak more relaxed after a while. And yay to goals!!!

Love the Vlog idea! My goals for the month are to clean up my eats this month and practice a little more portion control than I have been! I also want get back into a consistent schedule of crossfitting and volume training my pull ups!

Those are great monthly goals! I am really getting more portions under control too and taking time to log my food into MyFitnessPal. I would love to hear more about your volume training for pull ups! Pull ups are one of my long-term goals!

Thank you for the inspiration. I will make it my goal to work out 3 times during my upcoming week-long vacation. These will be quick, intense cardio sessions that don’t take very long. I found some great free workouts on YouTube that anyone can do at home. I am also obsessed with banana anything lately, so I can’t wait to start making my own healthy treats. You’re 110% adorable on camera. Just be yourself- we are all benefiting from your posts. Keep up the Vlogging Chica!
